[dropcap size=small]Eem uma noite com quase nenhuma surpresa, o musical La La Land: Cantando Estações acabou levando tudo que foi indicado, incluindo diretor, roteiro, seu casal de protagonistas e, claro, Melhor Filme. Sobrou então para Manchester a Beira-mar emplacar um prêmio com Casey Affleck e, por fim, Moonlight acabar levando o Globo de Ouro de Melhor Drama.
Já na TV, American Crime Story: The People v O.J. Simpson e a comédia Atlanta foram os grandes destaques de uma cerimônia que sempre soa meio corrida e sem graça (ainda mais com Jimmy Fallon longe de seus melhores dias).
De qualquer jeito, além da dupla Kristen Wiig e Steve Carrel terem sido mais engraçados em dois minutos do que Fallon em quatro horas, o Globo de Ouro 2017 será muito mais lembrado pelo discurso de Meryl Streep ao receber o Prêmio Cecil B. Demille, incrível, inteligente, politicamente pertinente e um tapa na cara do novo presidente dos Estados Unidos. Um momento único que só uma lenda como Streep conseguiria fazer com tamanha delicadeza e classe.
